Cancel at any time
Cancel free of charge through your customer account or by emailing alex@webandstyle.com. There is no minimum term or cancellation fee. We stop further monthly charges.
Proportional subscription refund
Unused prepaid time after termination is refundable. Calculation: the subscription fee actually paid for the period × the proportion of unused time to the whole billing period. Applicable tax is adjusted through the appropriate correction.
Stopping setup
The portion of the setup fee attributable to unfinished work is refundable. We provide an itemised account of completed and accepted work. A domain registration already carried out on your instructions is completed work; you retain the domain.
Processing a request
Provide your order reference and account email. Never email full card details or passwords. After agreeing the calculation, we initiate the refund to the original payment method; bank processing time depends on the payment provider.
Accounts and connections
You can disconnect integrations and retain your own business accounts and domain. At termination we arrange data handover and applicable retention or deletion obligations. This policy does not reduce mandatory statutory rights.
