The AI allowance is shared across all channels: an exchange with the same client on the same channel within 24 hours counts as one conversation. Reasonable-use conditions apply to conversation length and automated traffic; these are set out in the terms provided when you start. We notify you before you exceed the allowance and do not incur additional charges without a separate agreement. You can cancel the monthly subscription at any time free of charge; we refund the unused period pro rata.

webandstyle charges no per-booking platform commission or card payment surcharge of its own. If you choose an external card payment provider, its transaction fees may apply separately. Competitors’ marketplace fees for new clients do not apply to every booking; their marketplaces can bring new clients, which is not part of our service.

Are all channels included?+
The plan includes connecting the supported business channels you use. Instagram requires a professional account, Messenger requires a Facebook Page, and WhatsApp requires a suitable Business account and phone number. Connections may require provider approval and access permissions. We do not offer unrestricted automation of personal profiles.
Does it answer phone calls too?+
The current plan includes a text assistant: website chat, email and supported social messages. Answering phone calls, SMS and voice-based customer service are not included.
Can the AI promise anything to a client?+
It works from your configured services, prices and booking rules. The backend checks appointment availability. Cancellations require appropriate identity and policy checks; uncertain or individual requests are handed over to you.
When does the monthly fee start?+
In the planned purchase process, the €200 setup fee and the first monthly plan payment are due together, followed by recurring monthly payments. This website does not currently have an active payment connection: no payment or subscription starts here. The actual start date and terms will be shown before payment.
What costs extra?+
Domain renewal from the second year, premium domain surcharges, CORE's external messaging and licence costs, usage beyond PLUS allowances, additional user licences and custom development. We notify you of cost increases in advance.
Can I keep my existing email address?+
Yes. We can connect an existing supported account, or set up a new address on your domain with forwarding. Sending from your old address may require separate permission. PLUS includes your choice of one Standard business subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, you can cancel the monthly subscription at any time free of charge. There is no minimum term or cancellation fee. We refund the unused subscription period after cancellation pro rata. We will not commit you to annual external licences without separate consent.
How do refunds work?+
If the service isn't right for you, the unused subscription period after cancellation is refunded pro rata. If setup is stopped, we also refund the proportional fee for work that has not yet been completed. Completed setup work is not covered by the time-based subscription refund.
What happens to my connected accounts?+
Any integration can be disconnected immediately, at which point we stop the assistant's access. Your Gmail, Microsoft, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp accounts remain with their own providers. You can also revoke access there.
